August 8: author registration deadline (all tracks except posters)

August 20: early-bird conference registration deadline

September 12: hotel registration deadline

September 25: conference registration deadline

Registration Rates

• Conference registration (early): $650 through August 20
• Conference registration (regular): $695
• Student rate: $175

Registration rates are inclusive of all fees. Registration includes breakfast and lunch Monday-Wednesday and evening receptions Sunday-Tuesday.

Cancellations

We are unable to offer registration refunds at this point so close to the conference. If you can no longer attend, we do still appreciate knowing so we can update food counts; let us know at usrse25-conference@us-rse.org. If you have identified someone who can attend in your place, please email usrse25-conference@us-rse.org to discuss a change in attendee.
